Dr. Michael Carter
Michael leads Cedarpoint's orthopedic program, treating shoulder, spine, and post-surgical cases. His sessions blend precise manual therapy with strength progressions patients can feel working from week one.
Twelve years of getting people moving again
Michael earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and completed an orthopedic residency before spending six years in a surgical rehab center. He joined Cedarpoint to practice the way he believes therapy should work: unhurried, one-on-one, and measured against real-life goals — lifting a grandchild, returning to the workshop, sleeping through the night.
- Shoulder & rotator-cuff rehab — impingement, tears, frozen shoulder.
- Post-surgical recovery — coordinated with your surgeon.
- Chronic back & neck pain — root-cause treatment, not quick fixes.
